TKY (Tie Kuan Yin)

TKY is short for “Tie Kuan Yin”, the feminine compliment to TGY. Dark greenish-brown colored leaves are clumped and dried in classic Oolong manner. TKY’s high quality oolong flavor is brought out in it’s characteristic floral flavor end of the Oolong spectrum. Classic Chinese oolong taste, lightly oxidized with nutty and floral flavor notes suitable for 3+ steepings.
